JNH operates as an electronic technology platform that aims to connect service requesters with independent service providers.
The platform is not:
An employer.
A party to the contractual relationship between users.
A direct provider of the services offered.
A guarantor of the quality or timing of service delivery.
The platform's responsibility is limited to providing the technical environment for managing requests, communication, and payments between users.
Using the platform requires the following:
The user must be 18 years of age or older.
The user must have full legal capacity.
Providing accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Maintaining the confidentiality of account and password data.
The user bears full responsibility for all activities carried out through their account.
The platform has the right to request any documents or information to verify a user's identity, activity, or banking or professional data.
The platform may:
Accept or reject registration.
Temporarily suspend an account.
Permanently deactivate an account.
Restrict certain services or permissions.
This may occur at any time and at the platform's discretion, without any obligation to state reasons.
The service provider agrees to:
Perform the agreed services professionally and with integrity.
Comply with the regulations and instructions in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and services.
Meet the agreed delivery timelines.
Not offer services that violate regulations or public decency.
Maintain the confidentiality of client data.
Not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent its systems.
Not communicate outside the platform to bypass commissions or complete transactions outside the system.
The service provider alone bears full responsibility for the quality of the service, its delivery, and any resulting consequences.
The service requester agrees to:
Use the platform in a lawful and legitimate manner.
Provide a clear and accurate description of the requested service.
Pay the agreed financial dues.
Not misuse the platform or its service providers.
Not request any services that violate regulations or public decency.
The platform may charge fees or commissions on certain transactions or services.
The platform has the right to modify fees or commissions at any time.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment service providers.
The platform does not retain sensitive bank card data.
The platform has the right to temporarily suspend or hold any amounts when a dispute, fraud, or violation is suspected.
Service providers' dues are transferred in accordance with the platform's approved transfer policy.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of their own bank transfer details.
Refund or cancellation requests are subject to review by the platform.
The platform may accept or reject refund requests at its discretion.
The platform does not guarantee a refund in all cases.
Where fraud, a violation, or non-performance of the service is established, the platform may take appropriate action, including a full or partial refund.
The platform has the right to deduct any operational, administrative, or banking fees associated with the transaction.
In the event of a dispute between users:
The platform has the right to review the requests, conversations, and files related to the dispute.
The platform may take whatever action it deems appropriate to manage the dispute based on the information available to it.
The platform bears no legal liability for disputes directly between users.
The platform's administrative intervention does not prevent any party from resorting to the competent judicial authorities.
Using the platform for any of the following is prohibited:
Fraud or deception.
Impersonation.
Publishing offensive or unlawful content.
Publishing pornographic, violent, or indecent material.
Infringing intellectual property rights.
Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.
Collecting users' data without permission.
Performing or requesting services that violate regulations.
The platform has the right to remove any content or take any action it deems appropriate without prior notice.
Users may add ratings or reviews after services are performed.
The platform reserves the right to:
Remove any offensive or misleading rating.
Hide or edit non-compliant content.
Suspend abusive accounts.
All rights related to the platform, including:
The trade name.
Logos.
Designs.
Software.
Content.
are the exclusive property of the JNH platform or its licensors.
No part of them may be copied or reused without prior written consent.
The platform is committed to protecting users' data in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy.
The user agrees to:
The collection and processing of data necessary to operate the platform.
The use of verification and authentication methods.
Receiving operational and marketing notifications and messages related to the service.
The user also has the right to request the update or correction of their data in accordance with applicable regulations.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.
The platform bears no responsibility for:
The quality of the services provided.
Users' conduct.
Delays or cancellations.
Direct or indirect losses.
Loss of profits or data.
Technical failures or outages.
Any dealings that occur outside the platform.
The relationship concerning service delivery remains solely between the service provider and the service requester.
The platform has the right, at any time, to:
Suspend accounts.
Cancel accounts.
Restrict services.
Delete content.
Halt any financial transaction.
This may occur when there is suspicion of:
A violation of the terms.
Fraud.
Misuse.
Unlawful activity.
A threat to the security of the platform or its users.
No compensation obligation arises as a result.
The platform has the right to amend these terms or any related policy at any time.
A user's continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes implicit acceptance of them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the platform or related to these terms.
